Age- The Big Bang Theory
In this scene; the four guys are all playing on the xbox commanding each other to do certain things. Meanwhile, Penny and her friends open the door. Penny then tells the guys that they are all tired of dancing and want to have sex with them. The guys however ignore everything Penny just said and carry on playing their game. Penny then says "Told ya" because she knew that the guys would put video games before women. 10 seconds after Penny closes the door; Leonard pauses the game and asks if the other guys heard anything. After a slight pause he then says "Never mind" and continues the game.
This scene I believe represents age and gender. The age and gender are shown by the guys being obsessed with playing video games and putting video games before women. The women use this as a way of proving the point that guys focus more on video games than women by asking them for sex to see if they respond.

3. The need for Social Interaction through experiencing the relationships and interaction of others
4. The need for Diversion by using media for purposes of play and entertainment.
- The issues raised in the targeting of national and local audiences (specifically British) by international or global institutions.
- The ways in which the candidates' own experiences of media consumption illustrate wider patterns and trends of audience behaviour.

Director Presentation-Wes Anderson
The fourth presentation was about the director Wes Anderson. Wes Anderson has directed flms such as Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, Moonrise Kingdom and Fantastic Mr. Fox. Actors that can be seen in most of his films are Owen Wilson and Bill Murray.
The main colours Wes Anderson uses are primary colours and beiges. He also like to have symetrical shots of people in the scene and also has headshots of people. This is so he can create claustrophobia within the scene.
Wes Anderson believes that his films are for the people that feel like outsiders. He believes that his films are mainly about the outsiders trying to fit in with everyone else.

Director presentation-Shynola
The third presentation was about Shynola. Shynola is actually a group of directors who formed in 1994 with originally four members. These four members are Chris Harding, Jason Groves, Gideon Baws and Richard Kenworthy. Gideon Baws sadly passed away due to viral myocarditis in 2008. This affected the rest of Shynola and has made them use darker colours more.
Shynola focus on using the style of animation and cartoons. They got their ideas from cartoons and comic books and everyday life. Shynola created the title sequence for the film Scott Pilgrim vs the World. They have also made music video for bands such as Blur and Coldplay. In 2002 Shynola won an award for the Best New British Animation.
